Astra G boilers are gas
generators and are intended to be installed in various
heating systems. Gas is generated from fuel like fire woods,
saw chips and dust or pellets in the upper burning chamber.
Afterwards this gas is burned in the lower chamber. You
could easily adjust heating power by regulating the air
supply to the burning chamber through the blower.
The body of the boiler is made
from thick (5 mm) special heat resistant steel 20K.
The operation system
automatically supports required temperature in the heating
system or living apartments. After the consumption of fuel
the blowing fan and circulation pump are automatically
disconnected. You could load fuel for 8-12 hours when
working in the regime lower than average. Skilled technician
should select appropriate boiler keeping in mind the type of
living apartments as well as fuel to be used.
Operation of the boiler is
very simple - you should remove waste only ones a week.
It is recommended to outlet water temperature not lower then
60 C, for this boiler should be installed by skilled
technician.
Chimney also should be
arranged by stainless steel pipe (preferable ZUG type). |
